Most of our components are one-offs or small batches: vessels, enclosures, sieve frames, welded assemblies and parts that later disappear inside machines and plant.
On this page we collect examples from current production – together with what mattered technically: material, process, tolerances, surface. Not every project can be shown, but every one shows how we work.
Projects from the shop floor
The first project examples are being prepared. If you would like to know whether we have already made a component like yours, just ask – in most cases we can show you something comparable. Get in touch
How a project runs with us
Enquiry and documents – drawing, CAD data or a sample. A sketch is enough to start with.
Technical review – feasibility, material, process, tolerances and production sequence. Where it makes sense, we suggest adjustments.
Quotation – with clear assumptions on batch size, surface, scope of testing and delivery date.
Production – cutting, forming, welding, surface, assembly: as much as possible in house.
Testing and documentation – dimensions, surface and the records your application requires.
Delivery – as a single part, an assembly or a fully assembled product.
Many of our components are made for customers in high technology, defence, pharmaceuticals and mechanical engineering. Designs, quantities and applications are often confidential there, and some are covered by explicit non-disclosure agreements.
We therefore show projects only with the customer’s consent, and leave out anything that would reveal the product or its application. What remains is the manufacturing side – and that is exactly the point here.
Send us your drawing or CAD data by email – together with material, batch size and your requirements. We will come back to you with a sound assessment.
