Sheet metal processing for demanding parts and assemblies
What we offer in sheet metal processing
We work mainly with stainless steel in various grades and with aluminium – in a segregated production area. From the first cut profile through forming and welding to the finished assembly, you get production steps that are matched to one another, from a single source.

More than sheet metal to drawing
With small batches and custom work in particular, it is often only during production planning that it becomes clear whether a design can really be made economically and reliably. We therefore do not treat sheet metal work as mere execution: we look at material, bend radii, weldability, tolerances, surfaces, accessibility and sensible production sequences – and point out opportunities to improve things early. That is especially valuable for parts that are technically demanding, needed only in small numbers, or intended for applications with particular requirements.
Materials we are at home with
Our focus is on stainless steel and aluminium. And we look beyond the material designation: condition, surface, loads in service, welding process and subsequent operations all shape how a part has to be made. If your project calls for other metals, we will tell you frankly what our shop can sensibly do.

When standard production is not enough
Particular material requirements, tight tolerances, high-quality visible surfaces, documented material quality or small quantities: many of our projects start where ordinary sheet metal production reaches its limits. We combine modern manufacturing capability with the flexibility of a specialist metal processor – and so deliver parts and assemblies with unusual demands on material, processing, cleanliness or documentation.
